The property is located 10 minutes in land from the town of Fuengirola and just a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport. The apartment is just a 5 minute drive to Mijas Golf which has 2 challenging 18 hole courses. The Imposing 5 star Byblos Hotel is located within Mijas Golf's complex and offers Spa therapies and first class restaurants.

The apartments have swimming pools, kids pools, tennis courts and play area's with swings for the young children. Their is underground parking with lifts to all floors. Their are several retail shops at the front of the apartments including a hairdressers, dry cleaners, newsagents and a local store with a cafe. Further bars, pubs and restaurants can be found in Fuengirola just a 10 minute drive away.
